There are three types of chakras of matter which I am describing below.
The first chakra is the root chakra or red chakra. This chakra is found at the base of the spine. When this chakra is open or aligned, you feel stable, secure, and grounded to the earth.
But when this root chakra becomes misaligned, then you can have physical health issues like constipation, weight gain, bladder or colon problem, and extreme pain in the lower back.
